Your taya9 Account is strictly personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any funds held therein to any third party. Any such transaction will be void, and taya9 reserves the right to suspend the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.
All deposits to and transactions on the taya9 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). taya9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits:
The minimum deposit amount for a taya9 Account is ₱100. taya9 may vary deposit limits by payment method, Player account status, or promotional terms. Applicable limits are displayed at the time of deposit within your Account dashboard.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your taya9 Account are legitimately yours, are not proceeds of any criminal activity, and are deposited from a payment account registered in your own name. taya9 reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time and to suspend Accounts where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment account, taya9 will investigate and resolve the matter within two (2) business days. Players should retain proof of payment, including GCash or PayMaya transaction reference numbers, to facilitate resolution.
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. taya9 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of request submission during normal operating conditions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. taya9 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal amounts upon reasonable notice to Players.
taya9 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or passport) and proof that the withdrawal method is registered in your name. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
Where practicable, taya9 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. taya9 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made to a verified bank account in the Player's name where alternative methods are not available or where required by applicable regulations.
Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Requests to withdraw Bonus Balance prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance portion. Real Money Balance is not affected by unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements unless you choose to forfeit the bonus.
